I’m Rosa María Sánchez, founder of Tiaki.
Driven by a passion for creating long-term, sustainable and positive impact across business and the built environment, I bring over a decade of global experience advising companies, real estate investors, developers and managers, and industry leaders on sustainability strategy, ESG frameworks and Green Building Certifications.
My experience across different countries, companies, and roles has shaped a holistic vision of the asset lifecycle: from corporate IROs that inform design, materials, tender requirements, to delivery and operations. It has also developed a solution-oriented approach to navigating emerging sustainability challenges and an ever-evolving regulatory landscape (EU Taxonomy, DNSH, CSRD…)
I believe sustainability is about systems and the relationships within them. My role in your Team is to make those relationships visible, translate complexity into actionable criteria, help stakeholders connect strategy with project decisions & procurement choices that enhance environmental outcomes and create social value.
I founded Tiaki in 2017 to empower people to transform our built environment towards a more regenerative future. This journey has included becoming a Living Building Challenge Ambassador in Spain, alongside other milestones across sustainability in the real estate industry.
Today, Tiaki works with organisations & peer consultancies across EMEA, blending sustainability into the projects, places & materials where Human Impact becomes real.
